Can I customize my plan?

Your ISM Support plan can be tailored as needed by your organization; whether you have internal IT resources or you are leaving the heavy lifting to us.

Do you offer tier discounts?

In addition plan customization, all plans are subject to tier discounts. Tier one 50-249, tier two 251-499, tier three at 500+. Discount vary based on plan customization.

Is pricing month to month?

Payment for IT Management or Co-Management Services are month to month, however service contracts are one year minimum. Generally, IT alignment takes place over a 6 months to 1 year cycle (depending on various factors), and the only way to observe value from Managed IT is to commit to the process. What if we require onsite technical support?

Although 95% of issues are resolved remotely, our partner network comprises over 100 Managed IT Providers (Canada/Caribbean) to satisfy service calls in the rare event we are not able to completely resolve an IT issue remotely.

Do you offer 24x7 hour support?

24×7 remote support is available in the Advanced and 360 ISM Support plans. Should you require this level of service, the option is simply bolted to your service agreement.
